at truffle truffle, we are dedicated to the production of artisanal chocolates and confections from only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.  we seek to make handcrafted treats that are reincarnations of “the classics” but with a delicious twist so that they appeal not only to your palate, but also to your nostalgic sensibilities.  our products go through a rigorous recipe testing and vetting process to ensure that only the most deserving make the final cut.  we are constantly experimenting with new flavors to achieve that desired balance between the familiar and the novel, and to recreate and reinvent some of our own favorite treats!

our commitment to delicious and seasonal flavors is rivaled only by our desire to make each product and package uniquely beautiful, resulting in a truly “perfect bite.” all of our items are made from scratch and to order, which means that every product is chemical and preservative-free, and is prepared with the attention to detail that it deserves.  our treats are handmade and hand-wrapped, and we feel that this dedication to quality, direct connection to the product, and old-fashioned production style make for treats that are unrivaled in their authenticity, flavor and quality.

truffle truffle is owned and operated by nicole greene, a recent transplant into the professional culinary world.  with a dad “in the business,” nicole grew up in and around professional kitchens, and despite early indications to the contrary, she eventually decided to carve out her own place in the industry.  after seven years of working for, and on behalf of, the federal government, nicole made the leap into the classical pastry arts program at the French Culinary Institute, graduating with distinction.  within a few months, truffle truffle was born and has been evolving steadily ever since.
